When we speak with you about a property, we keep the contact details you share with us (name, phone number, mailing address, email) along with notes about the property and our conversations. Calls with our team may be recorded after you are notified at the start of the call.
We send follow-up text messages only to property owners who verbally agreed, during a phone call with our team, to receive texts from us about their property. That consent is logged in our records with the date, time, and the call it was given on. We do not send marketing blasts, and we do not text purchased, rented, or third-party contact lists.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
We use your information to evaluate properties, make and follow up on offers, and complete transactions you choose to enter. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, title companies during a closing, or the telephone and messaging carriers that deliver our calls and texts), and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
You may ask us at any time to stop calling, stop texting (reply STOP), correct your information, or delete your information, by contacting us at (786) 815-5275 or [email protected]. We honor the National Do-Not-Call Registry and applicable state calling laws.
